Meet the coach

I’m Ben , a competitive club runner with over 10+years of experience. My running journey began in 2014 when I completed the London Marathon for charity, inspired by a family member who ran it the year before. That experience sparked a passion that has shaped my life ever since.

As a qualified England Athletics Coach and a Leader in Running Fitness, I provide structured guidance, practical knowledge, and supportive coaching to help you progress with clarity and purpose. Whether you’re aiming for your first race or chasing a new personal best, I’m here to support your journey every step of the way.

Over the past decade, I’ve raced consistently, developed deep technical knowledge, and built a strong understanding of the physical and mental demands of the sport. These experiences have given me the skills and insight I now use to help others reach their goals and unlock their potential. In the 2026 London Marathon, I became a Guinness World Record holder for the “Fastest superhero villain”! which is an example how its not all about chasing the times, its about chasing the feelings!

“Purposeful practice makes progress” has been my guiding motto from the early days of my running journey. It’s a principle that has kept me consistent, grounded, and connected to the joy running brings — through challenges, breakthroughs, and everything in between.

I’m deeply passionate about this sport and the emotions tied to its highs and lows. Running has taught me resilience, discipline, and confidence, and I’m committed to helping others discover the same.
